overview：
The CD34 MicroBead Kit has been developed for the positive selection of CD34

hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells in a single step. CD34

cells can be isolated from:
  • peripheral blood (PBMCs)

  • differentiated ES and iPS cell lines4,5 .

CD34 is a well-established marker of human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and additionally expressed on hemangioblasts

Control staining of cells isolated with the CD34 MicroBead Kit requires a monoclonal CD34 antibody other than QBEND/10, e.g., clone AC136.
