This purified antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

This antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.

Anti-Human HLA-DR recognizes the HLA-DR class II major histocompatibility antigen. HLA-DR is a transmembrane glycoprotein composed of alpha and beta subunits with molecular weights of 36 kDa and 27 kDa, respectively.¹ Anti HLA-DR (Clone L243) reacts with a monomorphic determinant and does not cross react with HLA-DQ or HLA-DP.²

The HLA-DR antigen is present on B-lymphocytes, activated T-lymphocytes and activated natural killer (NK) lymphocytes. This antigen is also expressed on monocytes, macrophages, human progenitor cells and B-cell lymphomas.
