This R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

This R-PE conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.

Flow Cytometry: This antibody has been quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.25 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Flow Cytometry: This antibody can be used at a concentration of ≤ 0.25 µg per 100 µl of whole blood (or per 1.0 x 10⁶ cells in a 100 µl total staining volume).

Anti-HLA-DQ (clone 1a3) recognizes a monomorphic epitope present on HLA-DQ molecules of the human class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC). Anti-HLA-DQ does not react with HLA-DR or HLA-DP molecules.

The HLA-DQ antigen is present on approximately 10% of peripheral blood lymphocytes. This antibody reacts with virtually all B-cell lines and some tissue macrophages and dendritic cells.
